Harold Naylor has been associated with the Christian school movement since he joined The Christian Academy in Pennsylvania as Director of Advancement. The majority of Dr. Outlar’s career has been devoted to Christian schools in the mid-Atlantic region, most recently as headmaster at Lancaster Christian School. Dr. Outlar received his doctorate in education from Wilmington College after earning two Bachelor of Arts degrees (Bible and History). He also holds two Master of Arts degrees (Education and Administration) from Columbia International University and Villanova University respectively.
