ACS is not a typical consulting company that charges by the day or a la carte for each task we perform or each piece of advice we give. Schools get stronger and thrive when we “live together” over time. Change is a slow process; changing a school’s culture and its orientation take time. This is why we partner with you for a year; so that we are working together for the school’s good over all the seasons of the school year.

At the end of twelve months much will have been accomplished. You will see quantitative and quality change – we will outline these goals with you at the beginning of our relationship. See and hear the testimonies from schools with whom we have worked. Our guarantee: If you believe that ACS is not providing exceptional service you may cancel the contract after ninety days with a thirty-day notice

ENTRY POINT WORKSHOPS & ASSESSMENTS

Advanced Christian Schools offers clients 1 to 3 day Workshops and assessments. These workshops are often used prior to engaging in an annual retainer contract. If a school decides to engage in a retainer contract the costs of the workshop will be deducted from the retainer contract.

ASSESSMENT OVERVIEW & PROCESS

  • Areas covered in the Assessment are Marketing, Admissions, Development, Board Governance/Leadership, and Administration.
  • The Assessment process include a survey of the board, staff, and parents to benchmark the current strengths and challenges of the school.
  • A marketing assessment can include a competitive market analysis of other schools, review of current marketing practices including website marketing grading and admissions process.
  • This is followed up by a detailed report and face to face interaction with School leadership on the findings.

WORKSHOPS

  • Workshops typically are focused on strategic matters and practical implementation.
  • Topics range from:
    1. How to double the number of Prospects in your school through Word of Mouth and Online Marketing.
    2. How to increase your annual fund by knowing the right way and wrong way to “ASK” for money.
    3. What is Inbound Marketing and how can it transform your school’s enrollment?
    4. What is the DNA of a great Christian School Board and how to replicate it?
    5. What is the right way to setup your development and admissions office for success?
    6. How to develop great content for your School to attract the right prospects?

Coaching and Strategy

This is the “entry point” for assistance. We meet with you and your leadership monthly via online video or telephone conference and as-needed to respond to your questions and issues with our multi-faceted experience and help you sort out competing priorities and issues as they arise. During the first ninety days we include an on-site visit to work with you to establish “S.M.A.R.T.” goals for the upcoming school year.

    Planning      and Implementation

We build on the relationship and insights gained in our monthly meetings (Advice and Coaching) and help you develop specific plans (with measurable goals) for marketing, development, board training and development. We follow and monitor those so that your goals are met and that results are achieved. We will come on site and train your staff and provide input at board and other leadership meetings.

TURN KEY Marketing and Development

Yours may be a school that cannot afford full-time and highly-skilled development, marketing and administrative staff. We work with you to implement and manage the marketing plan that is customized for your school. We will work closely with you to develop existing staff or help you recruit new staff to take over. This option is focused on achieving and your stated goals and setting the school up for long-term stability.

*Note on Pricing via Tuitions – We want to get you results.  Typically these results are tied to an increase in enrollment and fundraising.  Pricing is based on the concept that over the course of an agreement ranging from 9-12 months it will cost a school the total of the number of a list price tuition. We assume a typical school tuition ranges from $7,000 to $12,000 per year. This helps understand the value we will deliver in terms of paid tuitions. Payment is typically on a retainer basis and spread out over monthly payments during the term of the agreement.  Payments range from $1250 a month to $4000 a month depending on the option selected.
